New Client Consultation Form
If you’ve not visited Tranquillity before or you’ve not completed a client consultation form within the last 12 months, this will be sent to you by text or email a day before your appointment.
It’s very quick and easy to complete and return prior to your appointment.
We can arrange a telephone consultation prior to your appointment if that’s easier for you.
When You Arrive For Your Treatment
Tranquillity is situated within a quiet, private residential area so please be considerate towards neighbours when you arrive and leave.
Please try to arrive as close to your appointment time as possible.
If you arrive early for your appointment, please wait until your arranged appointment time as a courtesy to other clients as treatments may be in progress.
If you arrive late, unfortunately your treatment time may have to be reduced slightly.
Please arrive alone as there is no waiting area at Tranquillity for friends/family members/pets unless they are your carer or guide dog.

New Client and Repeated Late Cancellations/Late Arrivals Policy
Due to a recent increase in the number of no-shows, late arrivals (resulting in insufficient time for the treatment to take place) and last minute cancellations, a £20 non refundable booking fee is required to secure these client appointments.
The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of your treatment and cannot be transferred to a last minute amended appointment request.
Therefore, failure to attend, late arrivals or cancellation without at least 24 hours notice will result in the deposit being lost.
No one likes cancelling appointments, arriving late or not showing up for appointments, which can have a massive impact on small businesses. I understand that life can be unpredictable, so if you have to cancel or rearrange your appointment please try wherever possible, to give at least 24 hours’ notice or longer whenever possible.

Persistent last minute cancellations will be charged in full.
Payment Options and Gift Cards
Cash payments after your treatment or bank transfers prior to your appointment are gratefully accepted.
Unfortunately card payments are no longer accepted.
Gift cards can still be purchased directly via the website Gift Card pages or through selecting treatments as gifts and visa or debit cards are accepted at checkout.
Please check updates on treatment information, new treatments and prices on the website as they are subject to change.
When redeeming your Gift Card, please ensure you remember to bring your gift card with you and check the expiry date hasn’t lapsed prior to your appointment.
